This most typically occurs when a course gets copied, but the instructor does not open the LockDown Browser Dashboard tool for the new course before students start taking exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This action of opening the <strong>LockDown Browser Dashboard<\/strong> makes the course known to the Respondus servers, and activates any LockDown Browser specific settings in quizzes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"163\" height=\"291\" src=\"https:\/\/at.csudh.edu\/canvas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Screen-Shot-2025-02-20-at-9.21.53-AM.png\" alt=\"LockDown Browser course menu link in Canvas\" class=\"wp-image-11209\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The instructor should perform this action for the course in question, and additionally make sure that no error shows up for any of the quizzes.
