Which path you use depends on your personal preference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Access Rubric Manager via Outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Access Rubric Manager via a direct URL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access Rubric Manager via Outcomes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">On the course navigation menu, select Outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Click on the &#8220;\u2026&#8221; button in the top right of the screen. This will open a drop-down menu. Select Manage Rubrics from this drop-down menu. In the pane on the right, there is an additional, optional &#8220;Use this criterion for scoring&#8221; checkbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"156\" src=\"https:\/\/at.csudh.edu\/canvas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Outcomes_043-1-1.png\" alt=\"Rubric\" class=\"wp-image-7479\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If you want to use the Outcome for grading purposes, then check this box. If you do not want to use the Outcome for grading purposes, then leave the box unchecked. If this box is left unchecked, the point value of the Outcome will not be applied to the assignment&#8217;s score, but it will still be saved as Outcomes data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Click the garnet Import button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"162\" height=\"66\" src=\"https:\/\/at.csudh.edu\/canvas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Outcomes_046.png\" alt=\"Import\" class=\"wp-image-7480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Save your rubric.
