The TechSmith Relay Classic Recorder and Web Upload supports the following formats:
Video files:

NOTES
- TechSmith Relay can no longer process QuickTime (.mov) files that contain video encoded with the TSC2 codec. These types of files were created by the TechSmith Relay Mac Classic Recorder prior to version 5.1.2 (January 2017).
- The Web Upload option has an individual file size limit of 4GB. Please use the TechSmith Relay Classic Recorder to upload files larger than 4GB.
For image files:
- Please upload PNG, JPG, or GIF files only, with a minimum height and width of 200 pixels.
For audio description tracks:
- Relay supports MP3 and M4A files. Please note that unlike normal media, these files are managed from the Accessibility tab. Learn more about audio description tracks.
Workaround for Uploading Unsupported Video File Formats
If you have media that does not meet the requirements specified above or that is experiencing issues uploading, please try re-encoding the media using the steps in the following article here.
