Unable to sign up with your email address

If you receive the following message when trying to sign into Zoom:

Unable to sign up with your email address because your email address ends with @toromail.csudh.edu, you must contact your organization's Zoom account admin to create a Zoom account or sign up with a different email address.

Try this:

  1. Visit https://zoom.us/signin
  2. Select SSO under “Or sign in with”
  3. Enter csudh under Company Domain so it reads csudh.zoom.us
  4. Click Continue and log in with your CSUDH credentials

If you are still unable to sign in, please create an IT Help Desk ticket.
