Do you see this error message when trying to install the LockDown Browser extension on a Chromebook?
“We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access.”
This message displays when a Chromebook is signed in with a Toromail email address.
To fix it, do the following:
- Log out of the Chromebook.
- Sign in using a personal email (not a student email).
- Try installing the extension again.
