Cannot Install Extension – “You do not have access to this service.” (Chromebook)

If you see the message below when attempting to install the LockDown Browser extension on a Chromebook, please sign into the Chromebook using a personal email account and try again.

This error message appears when signed into a Chromebook using a Toromail email address:

“We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access.”

Chrome browser displays the following error message: "We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access."
